EM610 is a specialized inverter applicable to high precision tension control equipment in closed loop control mode, completely replacing the torque motor, winding and unwinding control system with coil diameter calculating and constant tension control units. Compared with traditional tension control system, it is more stable, simpler, and lower cost.
EM610 can be applied to coating machine, winding machine, embossing machine, rewinding cutting machine, laminating machine, annealing wire drawing machine, etc.

1.Salient features


①.  4 optional tension control modes:
    -Tension closed loop speed control mode 
    -Tension open loop torque control mode
    -Tension closed loop torque control mode (The control accuracy is highest)
    -Constant linear speed control mode

②.  9 kinds of coiling diameter calculation by:
    -Line speed
    -Thickness accumulation
    -Encoder feedback pulse calculation
    -Simulation detection method
    -Open loop vector calculation, etc.

③. Constant tension control accuracy is ensured by friction and inertia compensation

④  Starting from 11kW, built-in DC reactor to improve power grid adaptability


⑤. Output phase current sampling, grounding short circuit protection is supportive

⑥. Special tension taper control function for winding ensures even and smooth coiling in the process of diameter increase

⑦. Automatically changing the volume of the pre - drive function

⑧. Applicable to AC induction motor or PMSM.

⑨. Standard ModBus RS485; 3 optional field bus communication cards: Profibus-DP, CANopen, DeviceNet

⑩. 3 optional PG cards for encoders: ABZ incremental, UVW incremental, and rotary transformer
