EM600L elevator drive can be applied to induction motor or PMSM in open loop or closed loop control mode, compatible with all kinds of elevator control microcomputer board, PLC, etc.

1.Salient features


①. VVF: Induction motor, PMSM

  FVC: Induction motor (ABZ encoder), PMSM (SIN/COS encoder)

②. Parameters can be uploaded and copied by the keypad.

③. Support a variety of speed setting, easy for parallel and group control.

④. Compatible with PNP and NPN input.

⑤. 3 analog signal output to monitor parameters: Given frequency, output frequency, output current, etc.

⑥. Loading at low frequency: 1Hz/150%(VVF) and 0Hz/150%(FVC).

⑦. Automatically judge up/down speed in case of forced deceleration.

⑧. Weighing pre torque compensation, the induction motor starts smoothly even in VVF control mode.

⑨. Maintenance mode and power failure emergency mode are included.

⑩. No need to separate the load when auto-tuning for PMSM.

⑪. Support high frequency pulse input/output for position control.

⑫. Direct levelling function prevents the car from creeping when the level is up.

⑬. Built-in DC reactor for 11~30kW.

⑭. 3 optional PG cards for encoders: ABZ incremental, ABZ differential, and SIN/COS.

⑮. Standard ModBus RS485 communication.
