The EM760 series high-performance vector control inverter launched by Sine Electric realizes the integration of synchronous and asynchronous motor drives, supports three-phase AC asynchronous motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors, and has internationally leading drive control technologies such as VVF, SVC, and FVC. It has two output forms: speed and torque. It also supports Wi-Fi access and background software debugging, and can be expanded through I/O expansion cards, communication bus expansion cards, and various PG cards.
01 Closed-loop speed control
Sine Electric EM760 series inverters support high-performance closed-loop vector control (FVC), and achieve precise speed feedback through an external PG (encoder) card. The speed regulation range is up to 1:1000, and the steady speed accuracy can reach ±0.02%. This mode is suitable for occasions that require high dynamic response, such as elevators, lifting equipment and precision rolling mills. It can provide 180% starting torque at 0Hz to ensure stable operation under low speed and high load. EM760 also supports a variety of encoder types (such as ABZ incremental, rotary transformer, etc.), and can be expanded through 485 communication or PROFINET and other buses to achieve multi-machine synchronous control, such as the coordinated operation of the master and slave machines of the cold-drawn straightening four-roll rolling mill. Its FOC (field-oriented control) technology further optimizes the torque and speed modes, which is suitable for high-precision demand scenarios in industrial automation.

02 EtherCat communication
Sine Electric EM760 inverter supports EtherCAT communication to achieve high-speed and precise industrial automation control. Through the EtherCAT bus, EM760 can efficiently collaborate with PLC, motion controller and other equipment, support millisecond-level real-time data transmission, and meet complex control requirements such as multi-axis synchronization and high-precision positioning. Its open EtherCAT protocol is compatible with mainstream industrial automation systems, supports online parameter configuration, real-time status monitoring and fault diagnosis, and significantly improves equipment response speed and control accuracy. It is suitable for fields with strict real-time requirements such as robots, CNC machine tools, and packaging machinery, helping to upgrade intelligent manufacturing!

03 CanOpen Communication
Sine Electric EM760 inverter supports high-performance CANopen communication, and can be seamlessly integrated with industrial automation systems by selecting the EM760-CM-C1 communication module. This module supports the CANopen DS301 standard protocol, with a maximum communication rate of 1Mbps, and is suitable for multi-axis synchronous control scenarios with high real-time requirements. The CANopen function of the EM760 supports SDO (Service Data Object) for parameter reading and writing, and 4 groups of configurable PDO (Process Data Object) for real-time transmission of key data such as speed and torque, meeting the efficient data interaction requirements of industrial sites. In addition, the inverter supports Node Guarding and Heartbeat mechanisms to ensure communication reliability and equipment status monitoring. Combined with the high-precision closed-loop vector control (FVC) of the EM760, CANopen communication enables it to perform well in complex motion control systems such as robots, CNC machine tools, and intelligent logistics.
